Table perspectives

This topic describes, how to use persistent table perspectives. This is also way, how to save and reuse master/detail(s) views.

Adding column of related table

Open table data, click on column, which is reference to other table, in context menu of this is item "Add related column". After this action, you will see perspective toolbar.


You can also add detail view, as described here.

Save perspective

When you make perspective related action, such as adding related column or show master/detail data, new perspective is created. This perspective is not saved, and is named Perspective N. You can save it to use with other tables with the same structure.

Reuse perspective

Saved perspective appears in connection tree under table object.



You can open it using double-click or using context menu.
